We’re excited to mark a major milestone with the completion of our first two development loans in Wales, totalling £9 million and backing the delivery of 37 much-needed homes across Llanarth, Ceredigion and Kilgetty, Pembrokeshire.
Providing development finance to local housebuilder Obsidian Homes, we are funding:
- £4.3m in Llanarth – Funding 21 homes, including 5 affordable units
- £4.5m in Kilgetty – Supporting 20 homes, with all affordable units pre-sold to the local council
These loans reflect our ability to provide fast, flexible, and reliable funding—especially critical in Kilgetty, where we stepped in at short notice to complete the loan just two weeks after credit sanction.
