Evan Griffin, Lending Director at Pluto Finance, recently visited Gunsmith House in Birmingham.

Significant strides have been made since their last visit in January. This development project, located in the vibrant Gun Quarter district, is set to feature 85 new residential units upon completion. The Gun Quarter is highly sought after for residential development due to its rich history and distinctive charm. The development is conveniently situated just an 11-minute walk away from the City Centre. We're thrilled to be a part of this exciting project!
