This latest deal will enable the development of 91 low-carbon, affordable homes, complete with advanced energy infrastructure such as air source heat pumps and pre-fabricated building systems to minimise environmental impact.
With a serious shortage of affordable homes, we are committed to providing tailored development loans that support housing associations in delivering high-quality, sustainable housing for communities that need it most.
