We’re thrilled to announce that Pluto Finance has successfully closed a £15.4 million loan to Backhouse Housing for the expansion of their development in Highworth, Wiltshire.
Phase 2 of this exciting project will bring 40 open market houses and 13 affordable homes to the community, building on the success and high-quality design of Phase 1.
