Pluto Finance closes £20m loan to support the delivery of a landmark 20 storey residential tower in Aldgate.

We’re pleased to announce the completion of a £20m loan to support the delivery of a landmark 20 storey residential tower in Aldgate.

Pluto Finance has provided funding to KNT Development for their White Church Lane scheme, one of the few tall buildings currently being delivered in London. The development will comprise 48 units, 37 private, eight affordable rent and three intermediate, alongside a new ground floor restaurant, with overall completion due in Q3 2027. The main contractor is CMT Construction.

This transaction marks our first deal with KNT Development, and we’re delighted to be building a new relationship. The execution side was led by Archie Dewhurst, who managed the loan through to completion. A special thank you to Danielle Fewtrell and Redmond Byrne at Brecher for their exceptional service on a complicated transaction, as well as Damian Keeling at Allsops and Andrew Johnson at Dalbergia for their valued support.
