Pluto Finance completes £8m loan for Phase 2 development in Canvey Island!
We’re excited to announce the completion of an £8m loan to SJT Canvey Limited for the development of 20 houses and 13 apartments in Canvey Island, Essex.
This phase will include a mix of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes and 1 & 2-bedroom apartments across two blocks. With a combined GDV of £12.84m, this project will bring much-needed traditional and affordable housing to the area.
