We’re delighted to announce the closing of a £12.5m loan to support the redevelopment of Coverdale House into much needed Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) in the heart of Leeds.
This marks our third successful collaboration with Jerry Malik of Malik Holdings Ltd, a testament to the strong partnerships we build with our clients.
Our innovative funding approach allowed us to:
✔️ Provide a bridge loan for the initial acquisition
✔️ Transition seamlessly to a development facility upon planning approval
✔️ Release additional capital to unlock future growth opportunities
