We are delighted to announce the continued support for a valued repeat borrower with a £10m loan to deliver Phase 2 of a residential development in Hales, Norfolk.
This new phase will see the construction of 39 new homes, including 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses. This follows the successful completion of Phase 1, which we also funded in 2024, delivering 23 high-quality homes. In total, this site will provide 62 much-needed new homes to the area.
This partnership highlights our commitment to building long-term relationships with regional housebuilders who have an excellent track record. The developer’s dedication to using a local supply chain further strengthens the project’s positive impact on the Norfolk community.
