Pluto Finance completes £17m loan for the redevelopment of Mount St Mary’s Church, Leeds!
We’re proud to announce the completion of a £17m loan to Redwing Properties Limited for the redevelopment of the iconic Mount St Mary’s Church in Leeds, led by developer Shane Graham. This Grade II listed building, designed by the same architect as Westminster Palace, has been derelict for over 20 years and is set to be brought back to life as part of a two-phase development that will deliver 175 unique residential units. Phase 1 funding covers the construction of 113 units, while also enabling works for Phase 2, including mine shaft grouting and foundation work.
